Adjusting the lights you like on to predefined levels if it is still dark outside, turn on the TV, turn to the morning channel you like to watch, disarm the security, open blinds, turn on the coffee pot outlet, adjust thermostats for daytime, turn on the outlet for the curling irons heating them up for a period of time, along with anything else you would like the system to turn on or adjust with only ONE touch!
A good night button will turn everything off, adjust thermostats for night climate and arm your security system.
The self-automated irrigation system will monitor the weather and decide if it should water the grass and/or landscape based on when it rained last, how much rain has fallen, current temperature, current wind speeds, and any other information that is received from the Weather Channel.
Your doorbell rings while you are watching TV. The cable box, the DVD player, and the tuner all pause while the TV displays video of the front door.
